Not much happening in this shot. Seems like it needs a bike leaning against the wall, a bench, a red pot, something to give a focal point. Either that or a shaft of sunlight down the street. I'm bothered by the leaning wall on the right. Makes me feel like it's going to fall down on me. Two potential shots I see in the scene are the door and grillwork next to it, if you can get the right light on them, and the hanging plant. Tough to shoot narrow streets like this when there's strong sunlight above but the streets are all in shadow. Did you try other angles/perspectives when shooting this? If so, they might be worth looking at.
Played with the image a bit in Photoshop to see what I could get out of it. Not sure I did much but I'm no expert, particularly with curves. Maybe someone else can do better. A black-and-white version also might be good.
Keep shooting and posting.

This is my first time posting here and hope that it would ease my path.
I am trying to find if any one had the experience or has known about someone filing and H1B with a BSc in Health Sciences in Health Care with Respiratory Therapy option.
I know it is not possible to get an H1B on Respiratory therapy therefore I am looking for options as a healthcare administrator, health care analyst, health informatics, etc.
I have done alot of courses in computers like: MS applications, Oracle, Unix, Windows Adminstration, etc and I am close to get an associates in CS too.
Question:
- Are there any healthcare fields that require Bachelors degree to get H1 in my case?
- Can I work in IT and get H1 if the job description says Bachelors in any field?

Called USCIS.
Current Immigration status will be same as what u entered US on. SO H1B for me..

Yes, provided you apply for the tarsnfer while you are still maintaining H1b status. Your basis of 3 year extension is the I140 approval and PD not being current. It isn't that company B got a 3 year extension.

A unique situation -
I am getting ready to apply for my wife's AOS (ROW). She has never used a last name on any legal documents, example birth certificate, passport.
Her H4 visa was processed with "FNU" - family name unknown .. Do I need a last name for filing her I-485? Can she get a GC with only her first name on it?
Or will they process it with FNU as last name...
Should i go to her embassy (Indonesia) and get her passport changed to my last name before applying for her 485? In that event, her H4 visa,passport and birth certificate will not match her passport..
Any thoughts on my situation?

Hi, I am trying for visitor visa for my mother and she can not attend interview in English. I have been trying to get interview date in Hindi but for the last 7 weeks,it has been showing no availabilty of visa date in Hindi although English dates are available.

Thanks jsb..In that case, I am changing jobs even without working for my GC sponsorer. I heard that it could potentially lead to fraud case.are you sure we can do this or do u know somebody who has done this.

GC sponsorship is always for a future job. Until your GC approval, if you are working for the sponsoring employer, you are there as a guest worker (on H1B, L1 etc.). It will be fraud if it is established that sponsoring employer did not really intend to employ you, and you did not really intend to work for them as a permanent employee, upon getting your GC.

This poll will help everyone to see how many people are in waiting in lines and what can be expected upcoming months ....this poll will not be pin point but will give info little close to reality... Actually folks staying in the UAE can apply to the U.S. consulate there even if they are not local citizens of UAE. The disadvantage of applying in the consulate in UAE is that the visa will be slated to expire when the UAE visa expires. Logic being that if your status in the UAE expires, your US visa expires. In addition, chances of rejection are higher since the only local tie you have to the UAE is your job.
I would try to see if you could go to your home country and apply. If it is urgent, then you would want to try the US consulate in UAE.

Just interpreting the amendment as it is - looks like this applies only to new hires...

(2) DEFINED TERM.--In this subsection, the term ``hire'' means to permit a new employee to commence a period of employment"
Common sense interpretation would be - if TARP recipient is looking to hire (new employee) a non-immigrant they have comply with H1B Dependant employer rules.
However, it is upto USCIS & DOL on how to interpret and implement it as a law. If they classify any TARP recepient to be "H1B Dependent" and if they consider H1B extensions as new hire (which is an expansive interpretation), then our extension might have an impact.
